Advocacy Framework

IPWEA NSW and ACT works from a framework known as the Forward Agenda. We built the framework based on what our members and key stakeholders consider to be important in reaching the desired outcomes for local government to delivery on government promises to our communities.

We are proud to be a voice for our members, stakeholders and citizens. Through this voice, we have continued to advocate on key policy issues that matter and have worked hard to focus on key agenda areas including saving lives, water safety and security, circular economy and continued sustainability and resilience.
