This unit describes the outcomes required to lead an audit team as they undertake a road safety audit. It covers sharing information prior to audit conduct, collection and analysis of evidence, conduct of exit meeting and providing audit team members with feedback on their performance.
Compliance with legislative, regulatory or certification requirements may be required in various jurisdictions.
This unit of competency will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to enable an individual to lead a team during a road safety audit. This unit is well suited to all those highly practiced in conducting road safety audits and considerably experienced in road infrastructure design, construction or maintenance.
