This course is designed to introduce fundamental project management principles and techniques. The course is appropriate for those who are interested in the successful planning, implementation and evaluation of project work. This is an accredited course in line with unit BSBPMG430 Undertake project work.

Course Facilitator - Colin Emerson

Colin Emerson is a leadership and organisational strategist, educator and coach with over 36 years of leadership, business, government, banking, speaking, training and customer service experience. He holds an MBA, with a focus on leader and leadership development.
 

The knowledge, experiences and professionalism gained in his 36 years of leading and managing organisations at a state or national level ensure that your training is not just theory. He shares his experiences that have been lived, good or not so good, and engages with your own experiences to ensure your learning outcomes are relevant, practical, and useable when you return to the reality of your work world.
 

 

Statement of Attainment
This is a nationally recognised unit of competence and successful completion of an assessment leads to a Statement of Attainment for the unit BSBPMG430 Undertake project work. 

 

Times
Training will be conducted in two sessions, a small assessment in between and then an assessment at the end of the workshop.

Tuesday 20th May: 9am - 12pm
Tuesday 27th May: 9am - 12pm
